Q: What has been your favorite event?

A: Jenna & Matt March 26, 2011 – Pepper Plantation. This event was special to me because it brought out untraditional food and décor ideas that you don’t typically see in the Low Country. Her vision leaned on the idea of a vintage carnival themed wedding. The décor was very custom. The linens were white and yellow and each table was adorned with a DIY framed table number surrounded by vintage bottles and pops of wildflowers. We dressed the entire room with string lights accented with café lights. We got to customize pieces like a vintage door repurposed to serve as the place cards for guests.

Q: What’s your favorite item on the menu?

A: Shrimp and grits with lobster parmesan cream sauce (hands down)!
