An Ode to Bacon

We have a client looking for a reception menu littered with bacon. They want bacon wrapped scallops and scallop wrapped bacon. A bacon martini. Bacon on the bar. Bacon, bacon, bacon. We pulled our heads together to create a menu full of bacon, bacon skin, bacon fat and more!
