Spice of Life

Over the weekend Duvall Greenville participated in the Upstate Spice of Life Show, which featured a range of demonstrations and exhibits, from savvy entertaining to choosing organic food, meeting fitness experts to learning how to cook healthier meals.

Duvall was on-hand to tempt participants with healthy and inventive samples.  Duvall’s homemade granola was also available for purchase. All of the dishes were a big hit, especially the shrimp salad which was a new creation by Duvall chefs. With such a great response, the shrimp salad will be on Duvall menus soon!

The Menu was as follows:

Duvall’s Homemade Granola – Vanilla and Nutmeg infused Tea –  Black Sesame Tuna Tartare, Wonton Crisp & Fresh Chives –  Grilled Endive, Corn and Edamame Shrimp Salad with a Basil-Lime Vinaigrette.
