Live from New York, Duvall Events introduces Ginny Bradford and Cassi Hibbett Pastry Chefs!

Ginny Bradford was raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and inspired by her Grandmothers’ baking skills.  She credits receiving her mother’s artistic skills as a teacher and home renovator.   Ginny attended the University of North Carolina-Charlotte for Graphic Design, as well as the Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park) with a degree in  Baking &  Pastry Arts.   She taught at the French Culinary Institute, in SOHO New York and was the Dean of the Culinary Academy of New York for six years.

Cassi Hibbett is Duvall’s Cake Designer.  She was born in Allentown, PA and inspired by the beautiful birthday cakes her mom made her.  She graduated from the Culinary Institute of America  (Hyde Park) with a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts.  Hibbett honed her skills at BCakeNY where she learned to always say yes to a variety of customer baking requests.
