What is your dream job?

My dream job would probably be large scale event planning in a corporate or festival setting. Traveling for work would be a great plus!

What are you known for?

At work I’d say I’m known for my creative side, and also jumping in to help wherever possible at Duvall! I’m super social and my friends say I can make friends with anyone.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I spend a ton of free time out on the boat and of course, I love checking out new restaurants in Charleston.

What is your favorite thing(s) on our menu?

Anything with chimichurri! And Pastry Chef Cassi makes a mean whoopie pie.

What do you love most about your current position and our industry?

My position lets me work with people on a day to day basis and focus on some of the most important moments in their lives. Whether we’re working on their wedding, corporate event or non-profit fundraiser, I get to help a client bring their vision to life!

You step outside the office and find a lottery ticket that ends up winning $10 million. What would you do?

First order of business is definitely a few month trip to Southeast Asia, and then I’d buy a waterfront home here in Charleston.

What food are you? Why?

I’d have to say a cheese board – always at the party, but just as appropriate at a high end event as at a house party.

What was the first sign you encountered that you were in the right industry?

I grew up in a family that owned restaurants, so I joke that I was literally born into the food and beverage industry. After graduating college and working in a different industry I found I kept being drawn back to my part time jobs in the industry. Once you’re hooked, it’s hard to leave!
