Spring Cooking!

Our executive pastry chef, Richard “Chip” Plaistow had a blast cooking for everyone at Lowcountry Local First’s 3rd Annual Chef’s Potluck dinner. Hosted in the Pavilion at Middleton Place,  this event teams up some of the area’s best chefs from Charleston’s restaurant and catering scene with local farmers and vendors to create seasonal, locally produced dishes.  Check it out and make sure you’re at next year’s Potluck!
